Seongshin Kim, ESOL Instructor Happy birthday, KATESOL! Amy E. Waggoner, ESOL Administrator, Researcher, Teacher, Instructor, Continuing Education Teacher I am a fourth grade classroom teacher stepping into a new role next school year as the ESL Coordinator/Tech Facilitator. ELL students have made an impact that has stirred up changes in our district within the last 5 years, so we are fairly new with ESL and are always looking for direction, best practices, and more.
